We ship Australia wide using a trackable service for a flat rate of $5. All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. Upon dispatch a confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Regular shipping is estimated between 2-5 days for most major cities within Australia. More rural locations may take up to 5-10 days to receive their goods. If you require your order urgently please contact us directly at email@example.com and we will we do our best to assist you.
If you are unhappy with your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days for an exchange or refund. The 10 day return and exchange period commences the day the attempted delivery was made. Requests for an exchange or return after this period will be considered at our discretion.
Any returned item must be sent back in the exact condition which it was received. Please note that any shipping costs involved with the return or exchange of an item will be at the customers responsibility.
In the unlikely event that an item that you have selected is sold out or unavailable, we will contact you within 24 hours to find a solution. A full refund will be offered if no immediate solution can be found.
